Account Balance Setup window - General tab

You can use the Account Balance Setup  - General tab to add and remove the accounts that are displayed in the Balance window and set the Base Currency for the Account window.

You can access the Account Balance Setup window by right-clicking the Balance window and selecting Setup from the pop-up menu.

 

NOTE: This feature is intended for administrators only and you must be part of the Risk Monitor security group for this window to display.

 

 

 

The following table contains a description of each field on the Account Balance Setup window - Colors & Fonts tab:

 

Field Name

Description

Account field

Type in the account ID you would like to view in the Balance window

Click to add the account ID listed in the Account field to the account list.

Click the name of the account you want to remove and  to remove an account from the list

Click to create a new account list.

Click to open an account list file.

Click to save the list of accounts.

Accounts field

Contains a list of each account displayed in the Balance window

Base Currency tab

(Base) columns display currency using the currency type selected from this tab. all other columns display currency using the default currency type selected from the Settings window - System tab, Default Currency field.

Preview section

Displays a preview of the Balance window with your selections.

OK button

Click to save the settings and close the window.

Cancel button

Closes this window without applying your changes
