Order Details Setup window- Columns tab

You can use the Order Status Setup window - Columns tab window to select the columns that are displayed on the details view on the Blotter window.

 

 

 

The following table contains a description of each field on the Order Status Setup window - Columns tab:

 

Field Name

Description

Hidden

Columns listed in this section do not appear on the details view.

Move Right button. To display a column, click a column name in the Hidden section, and then click the Move Right button.

Move Left button. To hide a column, click a column name in the Displayed section, and then click the Move Left button.

Displayed

Columns listed in this section appear on the Order Status window.

Move Up button. To move a column closer to the left on the Order Status window, click a column name in the Displayed section, and then click the Move Up button.

Move Down button. To move a column closer to the right on the Order Status window, click a column name in the Displayed section, and then click the Move Down button.

Preview section
(lower half of window)

Use this section to preview your changes.

OK button

Click to use the selected settings and close the Order Status Setup window.

Cancel button

Closes this window without updating the search results.

 

 

Field Name

Description

Action

The type of order (Buy, Cover, Sell, or Short)

Account

The ID of the account used for the trade.

Avg Price Executed

The average price of the shares thus far executed.

Date/Time

The date and time the order was submitted.

Discretion

Indicates whether the order is Discretionary.

Exchange Order ID

The unique ID assigned to the order by the exchange.

Executed

The number of shares in the order that have been successfully traded.

 

NOTE: For partial (PART) orders, this number can also indicate the number of securities that have been executed so far and may be less than the total number of securities that you currently are trading.

Expiration

The orders Time In Force (TIF).

Hidden

Indicates the order is hidden

Min Quantity

Indicates the Minimum quantity when placing Reserve Orders.

Order ID

The unique ID assigned to the order.

Peg Offset

When placing Pegged Orders, the offset amount used to price orders relative to the current market price

Price Entered

The price at which you want to buy or sell the security.

Price Qualifier

Indicates whether the order is a Limit, Market, or Stop order.

Proactive?

Indicates whether the order is Proactive.

Quantity

The number of shares in the order.

Quantity Qualifier

Indicates whether the order was sent as PART or AON.

Remaining

 

For partial (PART) orders, indicates the remaining number of securities left to execute.

Reserve

Indicates whether the order is a  Reserve.

Route

The route or exchange to which the order was sent.

SelectNet Preference

Indicates whether the order was sent to a specific Market Maker/ECN or exchange.

Status

Indicates the status of the order. Possible values include:

  • PEND (Pending) - The order has been sent and is waiting to be processed.

  • LIVE - The order has been successfully received by an exchange.

  • RJCT (Rejected) - The order has been rejected by Ultimate Trader II or the exchange.

  • COMP (Completed) - The order has been totally filled.

  • PCXL (Pending Cancel) - A cancel request for the order has been sent.

  • CXLD (Canceled) - A cancel request has been sent by the user or the exchange and has been accepted.

  • KILL (Killed) - An order has been canceled by the exchange without a cancel request from the user.

 

TIP: You can place the mouse pointer over the Status column of an order to display a detailed listing of the actions taken on the order, including the date and time the current status was reached, the current status, and any notes or explanations about the order. Stop Delta

Indicates the Stop Delta for the trade

Stop Price

Indicates the Stop Price for the trade

Submit Date/Time

Contains the time and date the order was submitted.

Symbol

The symbol for the security being traded.

Type

The type of security being traded

User

The ID of the person placing the order.
