Moving Text Labels

You can move text labels on the Chart window.

NOTE: To move a text label, you must display the Chart toolbar. To display the Chart toolbar, right-click the Chart window and select Show Toolbar from the Chart window pop-up menu. Click here for more information.

Perform the following to move a text label on the Chart Window:

1. From the Chart toolbar, click
   NOTE: If you do not see this button, you need to display the Chart toolbar.

2. Perform one or more of the following:

3. To move a single text label to a new position, hold the cursor over the text label until you the see move cursor. Click the mouse button and drag the text label to a new position, and then release the mouse button.

4. To move multiple text labels to a new position, hold down the CTRL key and then click each text label you want to move so that they are  selected (the end points of the text label appear with selection squares). Release the CTRL key. Place the cursor over one of the text labels until you the see move cursor. Click the mouse button and drag the text label to a new position, and then release the mouse button.
   
   TIP: You can also select multiple text labels by clicking and holding the mouse button while drawing a selection square containing the text labels you want to select.
