Entering a Symbol

 You can use the Symbol window to view information about a symbol from any of the following windows:

• Charts

• Market Maker

• Market Depth

• Option Chain

• Market Minder

• Time and Sales

• Market Data Ticker

• News

Perform the following to enter a symbol:

1. From one of the previously listed function windows, type a letter to open the Symbol window.
   

2. Type the symbol name for the stock you want information about.

3. Press the Enter key

4. The Symbol window disappears and information about the stock is displayed in the window.
