Sorting Columns

Columns in each window can be sorted by ascending or descending order.

1. Select the window containing the column you want to sort.

2. Perform one or more of the following:

3. To sort by ascending order, click the column heading so that a appears

4. To sort by descending order, click the column heading to that a appears

5. To restore the original row order, click the column heading to clear the sort indicator
