Submit Problem Report window

You can use the Submit Problem Report to send a report of any issues you have encountered to the Technical Support department. You can also choose to include a copy of your log file, the current system state, your workspace file, and a screen shot to assist us in examining your issue.

A log file is automatically generated each time you start Omitted Pro. On Windows 2000 systems, the log file is placed in the

c:\Documents and Settings\<username>\.its directory. The log file for the last day Ultimate Trader was used is called swingtrader.log. Logs for past days end with the date.

The log file swingtrader.log is what is attached when you submit a problem report and the Include log file in the report option is enabled.

The following table contains a description of each field on the Submit Problem Report window:

Field Name	Description
Your e-mail address field	Type in your email address to allow the support team to contact you.
Description of the problem section	Type a description of your issue into this field.
Include log file in the report check box	Select this option to send a copy of your log file with the problem report This will further assist us with diagnosing your issue.
Include workspace	Select this option to send a copy of your workspace file. The workspace file contains settings such as screen layout and other options you have set for the system.
Include current system state in the report check box	Select this option to send a copy of your current system state with the problem report This will further assist us with diagnosing your issue.
Include screen shot in the report	Select this option to send a screen shot when submitting an error report. This will further assist us with diagnosing your issue.
OK button	Click to send a problem report to Technical Support.
Cancel button	Click to remove the currently selected speed key setting.
OK button	Click to accept changes and close the Settings window
