Order Entry Type

Select whether to display the Order Entry window in full or basic view modes. Click here for more information.

Convert Intention

When selected, orders placed into an incorrect position (i.e. attempting to sell from a short position instead of covering a short position) are automatically corrected by the system.

NOTE: When this option is enabled, the letter "C" will appear on the Order Load panel and the title bar of the Order Entry window.

Use Default Route

Use the default route when making transactions

Use Inside Market

When this option is enabled, the best bid for sell orders and the best ask for buy orders will appear.

Hide Orders (if possible)

Some exchange routes allow for order to be hidden. When enabled, Ultimate Trader will attempt to hide all orders.

NOTE: When this option is enabled, the letter "H" will appear on the Order Load panel and the title bar of the Order Entry window.

Single Click Load

Select to load an order by single clicking on the bid or ask rows of the Market Maker window

Use Position

Valid entries for Use Position include:

• Off

• Entire Position Quantity

• Up to Default Quantity

• Up to Order Quantity
   

NOTE: When this option is enabled, the letter "P" will appear on the Order Load panel and the title bar of the Order Entry window.

Load Order Entry

Valid entries for Load Order Entry include:

• Always

• Never

• Default
