Cancel an order from the Order Status window

To cancel an order from the Order Status window, perform the following:

1. On the Order Status window, double-click the live order you want to cancel.

2. If the Confirm Cancels option is enabled, the Confirm Cancel Order window will appear.  
   
   
    

3. Click the Yes button to confirm the cancellation of the Live order.
   NOTE: If you do not wish to view the Confirm Cancel Order window in the future, click the check box so that it is clear.
    

4. The order's row turns red and its status becomes Pending Cancel.

5. If the cancel is accepted by the exchange, any remaining unfilled shares are canceled.

6. If the cancel is not accepted by the exchange, the order remains live or pending.

5. You can place your cursor over the CXLD status indicator to view more details about the cancelled order
   
   
    

TIP: You can also add a speed key to quickly cancel an order.
